Acceptance into the GeeCoopers Opportunity

Bbefore you are accepted into the GeeCoopers opportunity a comprehensive assessment of your curent capabilities, future potential, readiness for acceptance and strtegic fit is conducted.If your application is succesful, we will agree with you what your suitable point of entry into our Associate Programme should be. This will be agreed with you after a thorough analysis and consideration of your age, training, qualifiatins and experience (business, work and life). Our well-developed and world-class portfolio of services' extend across a variety of vital business sectors and service delivery models.

Four possible entry points into the Geecoopers Opportunity

Based on our assessment of your level of cometence and readiness you will be accepted into our Associate Programme at one of the following four (4) entry levels:

Trainee Associates
Starter
Part-Qualified
Qualified

Experienced Associates

Your title within each of these entry points will be confirmed after you have successfully completed our Comprehensive Induction Training Programme.

Trainee Associates

If you are accepted into the GeeCoopers opportunity as a Trainee Associate (either at the Starter, Part-Qualified or Qualified level), you will be given to choose your preferred route to becoming an Associate and be required to pay the Programee Fees as applicable to your various options*. We will theerafter design an Individual Development Plan for you. This Individual Development Plan will focus on helping you gain experience, become professionally trained, receive independent accredition and become eligible to qualify as a full Associate within our firm.

Experienced Associates

If you enter our Associate Programme as an Experienced and Accredited Professional, you will be offered the opportunity to choose your preferred route to becoming an Associate at GeeCoopersafter paying the Initial fees applicable to your various options*. We will thereafter design an Individual Development Plan for you. This Individual Development Plan will focus on helping you leverage on your experience, receive continuous professional development, receive further independent accreditation and become eligible to grow in position and influence within GeeCoopers, with clients and the communities in which you serve. Naturally, you will be in a position to earn substantial income supported by a business model that encourages you to fastscale the growth of your business, build a strong client base and mentor other Associates to build their own business.
