Risk Management

Everyone knows that being in business means taking risk and that profit is the reward for doing so. To help maximise profit, we have developed a cost effective solution to manage and minimise risk.
To do this we:

• Develop a risk profile (financial, business, operational and compliance risks) 
• Develop an action plan to address those risks and thereafter monitor them

We take a top down approach. The stages we usually follow are:

• Risk review seminar with directors and senior management
• Documentation of risks and mitigation strategies
• Communication of risk awareness to a wider audience
• Assignment of responsibility for the key risks identified to managers
• Review and, if necessary, help establish risk management procedures
• Production of a risk map

Where necessary, a detailed work-plan is designed to ensure that risk management is efficiently incorporated into the business normal working practice. Consequently, we usually work closely with a project co-ordinator at our client.
