The level of income you will earn is dependent upon a number of important factors such as:

• The number of hours you chose to work
• The period you take to complete and pass all the professional examinations (depending on the route you choose)
• How much effort you invest in the business
• How well you network in your local community
• How innovatively you leverage on your existing and future relationships
• How quickly you learn and apply all the techniques in your business environment, etc.

Initial Fees for Professional, Transaction & Specialist Teams (after Maximum Subsidies are applied to Full Fees)

Maximum Subsidies on Full Fees (subject to Terms & Conditions)

• Starter - 35% of Full Fees
• Part-Qualified - 40% of Full Fees
• Qualified - 45% of Full Fees
• Experienced - 50% of Full Fees
