Claims and investigations
An imaginative approach can lead to unexpected solutions to the benefit of the client. Experience shows that we are frequently able to expand the parameters of a claim or advise on revision to figures and accounts put forward by the other side.
Financial crime
A forensic accountant will piece together the evidence, advise counsel and suggest how an issue may be addressed in front of the bench, as Judges often need guidance, particularly in the intricacies of financial fraud.
Dispute resolution by arbitration or mediation
Arbitration (at a full hearing or by documents-only) and mediation provide conflict resolution in a private forum without recourse to the courts and are being actively encouraged by Judges. Mediation is a less confrontational route to a resolution.
