International institutional audits

Gee Coopers undertakes financial, operational and procedural audits and also carry out audits and reviews for various commercial and non-profit organisations.

The types of projects audited include:

  • Service contracts verification: of inputs to supporting documentation such as timesheets, invoices, reports, etc
  • Supply contracts verification that: correct procurement procedures adopted, delivery and acceptance of goods, original of goods, payments documentation and invoices.
  • Works contracts verification: of procurements procedures, stage payments, completion and hand over, payments documentation and invoices
  • Grant contracts verification: of use of funds, payments, invoices and co-financing requirements
    Counterpart Funds (Revolving funds) verification: of constitution of funds, uses of funds, accounting and reporting
  • Special funds verification: of use of dedicated funds, procurement procedures, invoices and payments


All audits carried out for the European Commission are performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. In addition we also carry out the audit of companies and non-profit organisations that prepare their accounts in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
